Fresh macadamia nuts

I don't usually like macadamia nuts unless they are in a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie from Costco ;) but I tried one fresh the other day and it was so good and tasted very different from what they sell in the stores. These guys are actually putting fresh whole macadamia nuts into this grinder and using the chopped pieces to put in fudge. Yum, yum!
